Clearing the 700 MHz band

During the Covid-19 restrictions we are still able to receive equipment and process your claims as normal, so please surrender your equipment as planned.

However, we know that some claimants may have difficulties in gathering their equipment and submitting it for funding. For these claimants, Ofcom has put in place measures for processing your claim. If you are facing problems in surrendering equipment please contact us as soon as possible either via our call centre on 0800 011 3617 or by raising a support ticket in OCMS. We will then be able to help manage your claim to completion.
