Clearing the 700 MHz band

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, some claimants were unable to surrender their equipment before the deadline of 30th May 2020.

Ofcom has decided to give claimants the opportunity to surrender any outstanding eligible equipment during a final two-week period in October 2020. For now, please keep hold of your equipment and do not send it to Equiniti until we advise you to do so.

Outstanding claimants will be contacted in due course, but if you have any queries please contact us either via our call centre on 0800 011 3617 or by raising a support ticket in the OCMS.
